Training 9-1-1 Heroes provides continuing education courses specifically for ECPs. Unless otherwise stated, these courses take approximately 1-2 hours to complete. They include PowerPoint slides, videos, discussion questions, activities, knowledge checks, and a final examination. Upon completion, a certificate will be provided.

In addition to continuing education courses, ECPs have access to TDD refresher courses, a variety of 9-1-1 worksheets, training activities, and employee recognition activities.

This platform will report to TCOLE. Texas students may only take a course once during the 2-year TCOLE training unit, which ends on August 31, 2023. All Texas Telecommunicators must have 20 hours of continuing education by this date.

Multiple courses are approved by Massachusetts State 9-1-1 and New Jersey OETS.

This platform is approved for Missouri agencies and Georgia agencies.

Swatting and Suicidal Callers can be reported in Michigan during the open training windows.

The cost for a one-year individual subscription is $20.
